1. General Provisions
(1.1) These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of goods by HIMILO ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order via our website, you ("the Customer") enter into a legally binding contract with us. You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Shipping Policies.

2. Order Acceptance and Bespoke Nature
(2.1) Contract Formation: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A contract is formed only once we send a dispatch confirmation email.
(2.2) Custom-Made Specification: All footwear is handmade to your specific order. You confirm that all measurements, customisations, and selections provided by you are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for errors in selections made by the customer. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period for change-of-mind cancellations does not apply.

3. Payment and Pricing
(3.1) Payment is required in full at the time of order.
(3.2) We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
(3.3) Prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT (if applicable) but exclusive of any international import duties, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

(4). Liability and Indemnity
(4.1) Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or wasted time.
(4.2) Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier strikes, manufacturer delays, or global logistics disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
(5.1) All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of HIMILO.
(5.2) You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without our express written permission. Any unauthorised use of our branding, designs, or imagery for commercial purposes or to misrepresent our products is strictly prohibited and will be subject to formal legal action.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
(6.1) These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
(6.2) You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
